The Confederate Seal.

--In the Provisional Congress, on Saturday, Mr. Ochiltree, of Texas, presented a design for the seal of the Confederate States, sent to him by Mr. A. B. Collins, of Henderson, Texas. The design embraces a portion of the seals of the several Confederate States, and grouped together exhibits taste and artistic ability. The design was referred to the Committee on Flag and Seal.
