New Artillery Company.

--A new Artillery corps have been organized, partly of citizens of Henrico and partly of those of Richmond, to which has been given the name of Henrico Artillery, Company B. Major Johnson H. Sands has been elected Captain, Winston Fontaine, 1st Lieut., and M. Robertson, of the Fayette Artillery, 2d Lieutenant. The corps comprises an effective force of 85 able-bodied men. They will be armed with six pounder field-pieces. We notice that a new Artillery corps is now in process of formation at Bosher's Hall, corner of 9th and Main strs., under the auspices of Major H. C. Cannon, whose list will soon be filled.
