--John S. Vorhees, arrested on the Central cars on suspicion of being a spy, and W. Christian, ordered into custody by Alderman Regnault as a suspicious person, were both before the Mayor yesterday, and were sent by him to jail to await further examination on Monday.
F. Akers, detained on a similar charge, was let off by the Mayor at 5 o'clock yesterday evening.
