The Dry-Dock at Fort Pickens.

--The Montgomery (Ala.) Mail has been permitted to publish the following, dated Fort Pickens, May 22:

The dry-dock was brought out at 2 o'clock this morning. Pickens fired several signal guns for the fleet, and threw up fire rockets; so did the ships. The dock was not sunk, but is anchored near the extreme end of the stand. Great excitement.
