General Cass.

The Philadelphia Press says that Gen. Cass is determined to die in defence of his country. This will be gratifying intelligence to all who know him. He has lived so long, and to so little purpose, that if he has made up his mind to die at last, everybody will feel obliged to him, no matter what cause he dies in.
