Theatre.

--The admirable play of "Magnolia," which was produced for the first time here last night, will be repeated to-night, with the songs which Miss Richings sings with her own peculiar sweetness. The "Spirit of the Rhine," played here successfully last winter, will also be brought out, thus making up a bill of uncommon attractiveness. In order that the public anxiety to learn the election news may be gratified, the managers propose to have the returns announced from the stage as soon as they are received. Thus all who desire to witness the excellent dramatic performance at the Theatre can do so, without being kept in ignorance of what is going on outside.
