The meanest Man.

--The Utica Telegraph has found the meanest man in the world. It says that a man in its city, who was requested to act as pall bearer at the funeral of a friend's wife, presented the bereaved husband with a bill of fifty-six cents for his services in that capacity, and received his pay.
