Correspondence of the Richmond Dispatch. the election.
Harrisonburg, Va., 4 o'clock P. M., November 6, 1860.
The election is passing off quietly.
The vote, at the polls in this place, this evening, stands — for Douglas 400; Bell 250; Breckinridge 65.
The county will go for Douglas, I presume, by a large majority.
