--On Wednesday evening last, Miss Martha Bivins, daughter of Roland Bivins, residing near Macon, Ga., was accidentally shot by a pistol in the hands of a lady of the family.
The pistol had been used in practising, and while she was handling it exploded.
The wound was not, at first, considered dangerous, but terminated fatally on the third day afterwards.
