Small Houses are in greater demand now than ever known before, and notwithstanding the derangement in the finances of the country, several of our wealthy citizens would proceed at once to erect small, comfortable tenements, such as men of moderate means would be glad to get, but for the difficulties in the present State law of getting rid of non-paying tenants, without great lose of time and heavy outlays. We have heard it said that amendments to the present law will be proposed when the Legislature meets.
