--A tobacco manufacturer in this city informs us that all men engaged in his branch of business are, as yet, complete know-nothings, so far as the operations for 1861 are concerned.
None of them have concluded what policy is best to pursue, because of the unsettled condition of the country, though some of them have determined to become do-nothings, at least until the Spring.
