--The St. Joseph Journal learns that a day or two since, as the hands on the railroad were unloading a car, a barrel, marked "old clothes." tumbled to pieces, and instead of old pants, vests, &c., out rolled cartridges, very much to the astonishment of all. The barrel was sent out by the Emigrant Aid Society.
