A Pennsylvania volunteer.

--After the departure of Lincoln's troops from Baltimore, on Thursday, a policeman found one of the volunteers lying on a lot in the vicinity of the depot, in a state of intoxication. He wore a green alpaca uniform, trimmed with fringe of the same color, and said his name was Wm. Scott Davis, from Allentown, Pa. Not having the needful wherewith to pay his fine, a Justice sent him to jail for two weeks.
