--The Memphis Appeal published Lincoln's Message in full, on Saturday last, having received the extraordinary document by telegraph. It was an enterprising performance, yet we think the value of the thing hardly justified the expenditure. The Memphis Argus brought out the Message with large black lines on either side, to indicate its piratical character, we presume, rather than to dress it in the garb of mourning.
