Arrival of Bart Tucker.

--Beverly Tucker, Esq., late Consul of the United States at the port of Liverpool, arrived in Richmond on Monday with dispatches for President Davis. We learn that he made the journey from Halifax to Richmond by the way of Canada, Michigan and Illinois, and in order to guard still further against detention by the Myrmidons of Lincoln, traveled under an assumed name. He speaks encouragingly, we understand, of an early recognition of the Southern Confederacy by the Government of Great Britain.
