Hessians caught in ambush.

Quincey, Ill., July 11.
--Capt. McAllister, with five men of the 10th Illinois Regiment, were killed seven miles this side of Monroe. They were caught in ambush.

A thousand cavalry and infantry leave for Col. Smith's succor to-night.
