Presbytery of Concord.

--This old Presbytery, at a called meeting at Davidson College, on last Wednesday, passed resolutions unanimously deprecating the action of the late General Assembly in relation to the state of the country, proclaiming it to be unconstitutional, unjust and oppressive, and calling for a Convention of all the Presbyteries in the Confederate States, for the purpose of forming a Southern General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church. At the same time the Presbytery virtually dissolved its connection with the Presbyterian Board at the North, by taking the management of all its missionary and benevolent operations in its own hand. An ordinance of ecclesiastical secession will be passed in September.--Charlotte (N. C.) Bulletin, 15th.
