The Georgians.

--The city of Savannah has sent on to Richmond a committee of its citizens to see to the wants of wounded Georgians and to remove the remains of the killed belonging to their State, to the soil from whence they sprung. We understand, however, that the slain have been carefully and tenderly buried on the battle-field — fit resting place for its brave defenders — and their graves have been marked.

The committee arrived to-day, accompanied by Dr. W. Gaston Bullock.
