Destructive missile.

--The Charleston Courier thus describes a destructive and ingenious missiles found on the battle field at Manassas, which killed three of our soldiers and wounded two !

It is a cylinder, containing five barrels, which probably carried twenty bills. The cylinder is composed of two parts, the lower portion, which was filled with ministering powder, detaches, and is separated from the upper half by a diaphragm supplied with a valve, and it is supposed that the powder is exploded by means of a spring.

The missile was enclosed in a shaft, and its balls were discharged the moment the shaft bursted.
