First Company Richmond Howitzers.

--The First Company of Richmond Howitzers, under the command of J. C. Shields, Esq.,. on the 12th inst. were encamped near Leesburg, Va. At that period, (through their commanding officer,) they had preferred a request to friends not to send packages of clothing, at least for the present. The fact of an expectancy of orders for active service, (since realized,) may account for the request made by the company through its Captain.
