Death caused by Carelessness.

--On Tuesday last a negro teamster in the service of Mr. Vaughn, of Henrico, while driving down Stony Run Hill, ran his horses against a cart in which were two youths. One saved himself by leaping from the cart, the other overcome with fear remained motionless in the cart and was precipitated headlong to the ground, causing a severe wound on the head. While in an insensible condition, he was run over by the team which caused the accident, inflicting serious bodily injuries, of which he died the next day. The name of the young man was Bennet Newton, a resident of the neighborhood in which the accident took place. We give this statement as we heard it from a person living near; if correct, the negro should be arrested.
