Opening of the Amazon.

--The Peruvian Government has commenced operations for opening the navigation of the Amazon, by sending a commission to Great Britain, consisting of eleven persons. These men are to superintend the building of vessels for the expedition. Peru has also ordered an iron-plated vessel for her navy.
