Burning of a warehouse.

--The Incendiary Caught.--A telegraphic dispatch, under date of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, August 22 says:

‘ "The warehouse of Oaks & Austin was burnt last night with its contents. The fire was the work of an incendiary, who was arrested at Mercersburg, and brought to this place in irons. It is generally supposed that the man arrested is one of those who robbed the warehouse of Mr. Henderson, M. Carlisle, last week. He was a member of the Scott Legion. The evidence against him is strong, and it is generally believed that he had accomplices, who are still at large. The warehouse of Mr. Shafflint was also visited the same night, and a note left in the same saying that they could find nothing worth taking, but that they would attend to him personally. "
