Work for prisoners.

--It has been suggested that the prisoners in our city should be set to work in their different trades to which they have been raised. We understand there are some first-rate tailors and shoemakers among them very anxious for employment, who might be set to work making up clothing for our soldiers and also to cloths themselves. This idea has been suggested by ladies who have been constantly working for the soldiers, and therefore can testify to the necessity of aid for this department.
