Preventive of typhoid fever.

--The Macon (Ca.) Telegraph says that the Medical Faculty of London, several years since, decided that those who live on molasses as a part of their diet never have typhoid fever. The experience of a Mississippi plantation, referred to in the same journal, confirms the decision.
