--The latest advices from this Nation brings intelligence that at a council held on the 21st of August, it was decided, in a full vote, to unite with the Southern Confederacy.
John Ross, the Chief, made a speech on the occasion, which is very patriotic in sentiment, and we will endeavor to publish it hereafter.
