Finances of Kentucky.

--It appears from the late message of the Governor of Kentucky that the bonded debt of the State amounts to $4,731,234, to meet which she has $4,830,700 invested in stocks of banks, railroads and turnpikes, including a sinking fund of $368,606.--The debt of the State has been considerably reduced within the last two years, and the resources are considered to be amply sufficient to meet the balance as it falls due.
