Row Amongst soldiers.

--The Petersburg Express, of Saturday, states that the Fourteenth Louisiana Regiment, in its march through that place to Norfolk, on Friday, exhibited a degree of riotousness and disorder that was highly disgraceful. The disposition which showed itself in the cars broke out into fights in Petersburg. The officers were unable to quell the disturbance for a long time, and one of them was severely stabbed by the combatants. A party of them entered a confectionery and freely helped themselves, treating the woman who kept it with violence for remonstrating with them. The Express says, however, that only a small part of the regiment was engaged in the row.--Several were arrested.
