A word of Complaint in behalf of the hospitals.

--It has been suggested to us that it would be rendering a service to the public, and especially to the invalid soldiers, for us to call at tention to the fact that in some of the hospipitals the cots are of a very inferior quality, having been so badly made that they will not uphold a man of large size at all, but give way when he is placed upon them, and let him fall to the floor. Of course, we know not what manufacturer turns out such beds, and we would not wish to injure any one so much as to give his name in the Dispatch in connection with so grave a charge. But we will say the matter should be looked into.
