--Mr. Alexander B. Williams was attacked and robbed in Lynchburg, on Wednesday night last, by four deserters, of $100 in money and a watch valued at the same amount.
The parties were subsequently arrested and gave their names as McQuay, Stump, Lawrence, and Perkins.
