Southern Rifles.

--We alluded, not long since, to the manufacture of superior rifles, by the Messrs. Cook, in New Orleans. A sample of these guns arrived in this city yesterday, in charge of Rev. Ballard S. Dunn, agent for collecting, receiving, and purchasing small arms for the Confederate States. They are made after the Enfield pattern, and appear to be excellent weapons. The same manufacturers have forwarded fifty to Manassas, for the Sun-Flower Guards, of New Orleans.
