Release of Harris and Magraw.

Arnold Harris and Harry Magraw, who volunteered to come within our lines on the pretence of searching for the body of Col. Cameron, and was sent to Richmond as prisoners by Gen. Beauregard, were riding about the streets, in a carriage, last evening, and apparently having a good time of it. We learn that Commissioner Lyons, after hearing the evidence in their case, recommended their discharge, whereupon they were sent for by the Secretary of War, who released them on parole.
