Our Commissioners to England and France.

It is currently reported that the steamer Nashville departed from Charleston last Friday night, for Liverpool, carrying the Hon. James M. Mason, Commissioner of the Confederate States to the English Government, and Hon. John Slidell, Commissioner to France. The Nashville is a very swift steamer, and we shall not be surprised to hear a confirmation of the rumor that she has successfully run the blockade.
