Supreme Court of Appeals.

--In the case of N. H. Massie, administrator of Andrew Stevenson, deceased, vs. Wm. Toler and others, on an appeal from the Circuit Court of Hanover county, a new writ of supersedeas was awarded the appellant, returnable to the January term. The case of Harvey Wash against the Common wealth, on an appeal from judgment and sentence of the Hustings Court of the city of Richmond, was on its hearing yesterday. Wash, it will be remembered, was sentenced to two years imprisonment in the penitentiary for passing counterfeit money.
