From Fortress Monroe.

Fortress Monroe, Oct. 13.
--Twelve of the 11th Regiment of New York Zouaves on yesterday were taken prisoners by the Confederates a short distance above Newport News.

[Those prisoners, we believe, have been in Richmond several days]

Lieut. Tyler, who commanded the party, is now under arrest for cowardly behavior.
