Mayer's Court.

--The docket yesterday was brief and speedily disposed of. Not a "drunk" was on the mourning benches, which we record as an encouraging fact. George, slave of Wm. Greanor, and John, slave of John Minor Botts, were acquitted of a charge of stealing $25 from a sick soldier. Patrick Henry Bailsy, charged with stealing a pocketbook and $15 from Francis M. Wilson, in a house of questionable reputation on Cary street, was remanded for trial.
