An appeal for the soldiers.

--The hospital at the Warm Springs is an institution eminently worthy the benevolent attentions of our citizens. The wants of the soldiers cannot safely be neglected, and this establishment, properly supported, will afford a place of temporary repose for many of the sick and suffering. We therefore trust that the appeal in its behalf, which may be found in our advertising columns, will be generously responded to.
