--On Wednesday last, near Henderson, Ky, a man recognized as a Captain in the Confederate Army, was arrested by a scouting party of the 31st Indiana regiment. When arrested he carried a bowie-knife, which was covered with blood, as well as the clothing he wore. He refused to account for these signs of guilt, and was consequently taken to camp at Henderson and placed in safe keeping.
