yesterday on the serious charge of making a felonious assault upon Lawrence Taff, and taking from him a purse containing $7.50; but fortunately for himself and for the good name of the city, he proved his innocence and was set at liberty.
A fine of $10 was imposed upon Frank Casig
foul for keeping his bar-room open after 10 o'clock P. M. on the 28th of October.
