--The Frankfort Commonwealth states that the board of commissioners of the sinking fund have recently concealed and burned State bonds and coupons, amounting to one million two hundred and seventy-seven thousand and fifty dollars.--This amount was composed of $600,000 of bonds purchased of the Southern Bank of Kentucky, $151,010 purchased of other parties, and $526,040 of coupons redeemed.
