The Grand Jury of the Circuit Court of Richmond met again yesterday, and, a nolle prosequi having been entered in each of the previous indictments, owing to some informality, presented the following parties for issuing notes of a less denomination than five dollars: The Old Dominion Savings' Bank, five cases; Thomas J. Starke; John F. Regnault, three cases; Joseph P. Swords, two cases; John O. Chiles; Wm. L. Maule, two cases--all true bills of indictment for misdemeanor. The Grand Jury will meet again this morning 11 o'clock
