The First Virginia regiment.

We learn from Lieut. Harney, just arrived from the camp at Centreville, that the 1st regiment is in fine health and spirits. Col. Moore was in temporary command of the 4th brigade. When be returned from Richmond to his regiment he had not entirely recovered from his wound and protracted sickness, but his cordial reception by his men was sufficient to reinvigorate him, and his health has now much improved.
