Poor old Scott.

--An Ohio paper says that old Scott is in his dotage, behind the times, and until to have the direction of an army. Poor old man ! To be kicked out of power, and taunted by his own friends as a miserable dotard. But yesterday, he was the "great Captain of the age; " "now, none so poor as do him reverence." A righteous retribution for the hoary traitor who sold himself to the enemies of his native land for the pay and emoluments of office.
