Death of a brave Officer.

--The death, at Pensacola, of Capt. B. Moore, belonging to Col. J. R. Chalmer's Mississippi regiment, is an occurrence of regret with his comrades. He died on the 2d inst., of fever. The officers of the regiment hold a meeting, at which Col. C. presided, and passed forcible resolutions of respect to the memory of the deceased, and condolence with his relatives. The company immediately commanded by Captain Moore also had similar proceedings.
