New York money market.

New York, Nov. 12th, 1861
--Foreign Exchange closed firm at 5.25 a 28¾ for frants and 107¾ a 108 for sterling.

The Federal success at Beaufort is likely to operate beneficially on the popular subscription. The most marked advance of the day was Pacific dail, which rose 3½ per cent., selling at 96. The Western shares likewise advanced.
