--The condition of the moral atmosphere of Richmond shows some improvement.
There were less than the usual number of drunken men in the watch-house yesterday morning.
It is to be hoped that the work of reform will go ahead, and we advise every dram drinker to brush up and go to church tomorrow, and endeavor to behave himself for the balance of the year, at least.
