Frost and snow.

--We have had, for several successive mornings, heavy frosts, which used to be considered a sure sign of ‘"falling weather."’ Yesterday morning it was unusually heavy, and, sure enough, we had both snow and rain during the day, in small quantities, but sufficient to show that the war has not upset all the old signs and fashions.
