Death of an Alderman.

--George E. Sadler, Esq., one of the Aldermen for Jefferson Ward, died yesterday morning about 2 o'clock, after an illness of a few days. Mr. Sadler, in former days, was an active politician of the Democratic school, and was a kind-hearted man in private life. His is the third death that has occurred on the magisterial bench during the present year, the other two being Messrs. R. M. Burton and C. B. Hill.
