Failed to agree.

--The jury in the case of Harvey Wash, tried for passing counterfeit gold coin, came into Court yesterday morning and reported that they could not agree upon a verdict. They were thereupon discharged, and the case was continued to the next term of the Court. It is stated that they stood nine for acquittal and three for conviction. The prisoner was admitted to bail in the sum of $3,000, John P. Sledd becoming his security.
