A Runaway prisoner Recaptured.

--At an early hour yesterday morning, an individual in blue uniform was observed skulking through an apple orchard in Hanover county, and Mr. W. C. Smith very properly took him into custody. He proved to be one of the Bull Runners of the Federal army, who had made his escape from a Richmond prison two or three days previously, and was making his way to Middlesex county in the hope of finding his way to the blockading fleet. Mr. Smith conducted him back to Richmond, and last evening he was restored to his old quarters. He had been employed for some time as a hospital nurse.
